I just want to travel to eat all the vegan food I can

Nice fluffy coconut yoghurt, it feels quite light with a light creaminess. Slightly sour (as it is a plain yoghurt), I'm having it with some apple crumble tonight so we will see how that goes!

Too good 😩 I just bought it and I ate 3/4 of the pot. Really creamy and flavourful I can't wait to try it with berries or nuts!
It's from Aldi and I am so happy they are expanding their range of products

HELLO CHOCOLATE - So I finally found a decadent vegan hazelnut chocolate bar! Tasted nearly indecent (meaning: for a split second I thought it wasn't vegan) - it was just heaven

Cake - chocolate, banana sorbet, nut butter, almond tuile & cocoa powder.
Explosion of flavors, rich yet light (all hail to veganism). I was wary of chocolate cakes before being vegan, but this one made me love them, it's more

- Grilled carrots, pickles carrot ribbons, carrot top pesto, garlic snow, hazelnuts.
Light and flavorful appetiser, I loved how they cooked carrots in different ways, you discover how tasteful carrots can be!

Noods it's called now
with potato noodles, onion consommé, sautéed shrooms, pickled snow fungus, chive oil.
Very subtle dish, maybe too much - it was a bit bland and the noodles are drowning in the sauce. I wasn't a huge fan.

Rich sweet and sour sauce, soy/ coconut stem mock meat with pineapples, tomatoes, red bell pepper and morning glory.
So good! The mock meat is quite different to the mock meats I've had before, it has a coconut taste, but more

Very flavorful and fresh. However the rice paper is pretty thick and nearly impossible to bite through. I advise you to swallow the whole spring roll, it's the only way to look like you know what you are doing (even if you don't).

I like this dish, this cafe gives more vegetables than other places (normally cao lau is with pork or chicken), a bit dry we added some soy sauce. The dish is a must-do if you are in Hoi An, as they are made with water from more

Wow wow wow, the egg looks so real its crazy. Same for the pork, I kind of was scared it was, but the restaurant is vegetarian and you can tell by the taste it isn't pork.
There was only two pieces of "pork" - seemed kind more
