It’s a very nice chocolate with coco flower sugar ( nut brown canne sugar)
But bitter, it’s Not the best among the one with coco sugar but not too expensive.
Found it in Alnatura in Switzerland.

Amazing crunchy and very special croissant you can find in Switzerland, it’s a salty croissant.
In my favorite vegan Pasticceria / Bakery.
Their best croissant is the chocolate-croissant in my opinion.
Japanese Apricots, great for any digestive problems.
