The presentation of the dish was neat. Both the tofu and tempeh was very lightly fried, with a super duper thin layer of batter. The batter is not very strongly seasoned, allowing the flavour of the tofu and tempeh to shine more

Strong flavours of all the dishes. The pita bread has great texture, slightly fluffy with a good chewy bite. The pita bread was also very fragrant. The falafel balls had super strong aroma and taste of spices. The hummus more
