Quick and tasty. Pretty high in sodium but that’s probably to be expected. That’s the only thing I would change is cut the sodium back a bit. Really good if you add sriracha.
Absolutely fantastic. The seitan is everything I hoped it would be.

A simple and flavorful dish from an excellent restaurant. This is clean and simple. Vegetables are fresh and not over cooked, the rice is perfect, the tofu is a good texture, and the sauce is flavorful but not overpowering.
