Very good, I wish they had a spicy 🌶️ version. I pan fried it with some potatoes and pico de gallo and made tacos.

It was very nice finding a place with vegan options near the Hocking Hills hiking areas. The panini was very good, filled with roasted veggies. Cute location with a pet friendly outdoor patio. They had two other vegan options more
