BLOWN AWAY by the deliciousness of these pancakes. I was in sweet and savoury heaven. A mix of cinnamon pancakes, with a savoury yet sweet sauce, and salty and sweet nuts. Topped with vegan aubergine bacon. Wow, just wow. more

These “pakora” fritters were so tasty! Not gonna lie, I’d never heard of them, and so glad I decided to give them a try. Paired with a beautifully fresh sauce. 10/10!

This was a stunning tagine with a beautiful and mildly spicy sauce, accompanied by lovely couscous and baked chickpeas! 100% recommend if you’re in Soller, Mallorca!
