Menemen Is a turkish dish similar ton shakshuka, scrumbled eggs into a spicy but simple sauce. The spices definetly make al the difference. In this case eggs were replaced by tofu and it had a perfect texture ✨

Hug Bistro is one of my favourite places ever for their cheeses! 😊 This blue cheese made with cashews was simply amazing. I missed these flavours that remind me of home. 💜
