Vegan Hotel LA VIMEA

The breakfast buffet at La Vimea, is what every vegan deserves to find at a hotel’s breakfast buffet. Finally we have the same level of choice as omnivores! We can choose between salty and sweet with many different dishes to try: croissant, pancakes, scrambled tofu, quiches, multiple cakes, sandwiches, yoghurt, juices, home made jams, multiple kinds of spreads, fresh fruit and vegetables, cold cuts, different kinds of bread, muesli and cookies! And everything was delicious too! My personal favorites were the croissants (couldn’t force myself to just one per meal), the banana bread and the pancakes.
The hotel offers half-board to all its guests so if you’re staying you’re definitely going to enjoy this. You can also access the breakfast buffet as an external guest but it’s a little pricey at 38€.
