Another great dish from this 8-course tasting menu. It was spring vegetables with lentil tempeh, cashew and green oil fondue and mixed sprouts. The lentil tempeh was very good and worked well with the other ingredients. The tasting menu was 25€ per person and each dish is shared with the table (our table was of 3). This restaurant is very informal but offers high quality vegan food.
