Really glad to see a vegan version of this dish which most of the time only seems to be available as saag paneer! This one is less heavy and oily than the other ones and is really pleasant and fresh to eat, the tofu is soft and juicy, I just wish it was seasoned a little more #indianfood #indian #glasgow #scotland #spinach #tofu #tofulover
