The vegan menu at the Ashton Lane Ashoka restaurant is absolutely mind blowing! SO many more options compared to their other restaurants, and I like that they have multiple curry options with tofu. This was nice, I enjoyed the sweet tangy sauce and all the flavours were right, though for some reason I didn’t love the thin strips of tofu in it compared to the other curries which seems to have big juicy chunks of tofu or mock meat .
