Blanched spinach seasoned with Korean toasted sesame seeds and oil. 🥬 Simple but nice in a light and healthy way! And considering how spinach usually shrinks into a miniscule 🤏 amount after cooking, this was actually a very generous pile of spinach ahaha. Non-veg companion enjoyed this plate of leafy greens too alongside the Beoseot Gangjeong mushrooms! Hope Boneless Kitchen and Daehwa Vegetarian can offer even more temple cuisine in their menu in the future, like what they had during the @abillion special event!
