I initially had no idea what trofie pasta was hahaha 🙈 But anw it turned out to be chewy and dense short thin twisted pasta! 🍝 Coated in red pesto sauce made with Apulian almonds, red pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil. I found the sauce relatively tasty and something different from conventional green pesto.
