While Traveling over the weekend I stopped at a target and came across these lemon bars. I absolutely love lemon - these were fantastic. I love that they only have five ingredients in them. The fewer ingredients the better in my book - sometimes simple as best. These were full of flavor, filling, a nice snack, and nice breakfast even a nice dessert. when I was there, I only grabbed this and one other flavor, but now I am highly intrigued and want to go back for all the other flavors to see how they stack up.
