Vegano no Più Schiffbau Ristorante —Avaliação do pattini (29 de mai. de 2024)

This was an amazing vegan dish available as part of the daily lunch menu at Piu. It was roasted cauliflower on a bed of hummus with baby spinach and a creme-fraiche-like sauce. The taste was absolutely amazing as the presentation of the dish. It also looked like a pretty healthy and balanced meal. The price was 26 chf including a salad as a side (which was also delicious).
