A stunning effort 😋 The sauce was thick and nutty/creamy, exactly the kind of texture that you need if your choice of #pasta is #penne. The #cashew base helped provide that richness to the flavour and helped ensure that the #vodka didn't run riot with my tastebuds 😏 They lightly sprinkled #walnut #parmesan but didn't overdo it (not everyone likes #cheeze, remember 🥺) And oh my god the #thaibasil 😋😋😋😋 It rarely ever happens that a dish looks better in real life than in the illustration, so I cherished the moment 🥲

I decided to come walk around Ekkamai and see what would take my fancy. There's so much vegan stuff in this part of Bangkok, it feels like there's a pure vegan place lurking down every side street 🥰 I love Bangkok and am low-key looking for a way to come live here long-term ☺️
