I felt compelled to try this #cheesecake at Plantiful, as a #berrylover and quick visitor to Bangkok, the time was now! It's a thick and tall slice, very creamy and silky, almost even whipped pudding-like. I believe I read it has miso, cashew and tofu. And the crust was very much baked, like a shortbread. I wished there had been more sauce , the blueberry just kinda perched on top but I wanted it to be everywhere 🤣 and i think it could have been sweeter to not tread into any #toohealthy territory.
Well ...it was really good but I also have to say it wasn't the best I ever tried , that is definitely Manggis in Bali! The better choice is sounding like the chocolate raspberry cake that @stevenneoh reviewed!
