#Carrot #tartare with #truffle #mayonnaise! Described as roasted carrot tartare with truffle mayonnaise, #capers & a black #garlic crostini.

It was a cold dish, but so flavorful. A tartare made from carrots - that was new to me 🥕 It was damn good. Soft, flavorful and #droolworthy The garlic crostini (crunchy bread) was so #umami! The baked capers added a great element, as did the red pickled #onions on top!
