It's this combination of creamy filling and crust that distinguishes a cheesecake from other #desserts. #dessert Here, the cheesecake mass is very light, airy and fluffy. It’s delicious, don’t get me wrong, just not my definition of a cheesecake. The base was deliciously cinnamony while the cream was infused with #vanilla and white #chocolate! A #chocoholic dream! 💭 Layers of fluffy and #rich #chocolate sponge #cake, layered with rich cream and dollops of caramel #fudge! More chocolate on top to make it even more indulgent. We loved this. The icing in the middle was great, the cake itself as well but the icing on top was a bit crumbly?! Possibly from the fridge. But still, 10/10. Not spicy despite the #chili in the name lol

Another great tasty starter 🤤 #Carrot #tartare with #truffle #mayonnaise! Described as roasted carrot tartare with truffle mayonnaise, #capers & a black #garlic crostini. It was a cold dish, but so flavorful. A tartare made from carrots - that was new to me 🥕 It was damn good. Soft, flavorful and #droolworthy The garlic crostini (crunchy bread) was so #umami! The baked capers added a great element, as did the red pickled #onions on top!
