Review of soba noodles - roland organic by picklesnickels
Love soba noodles, hot or cold. I do not know much about this brand, I picked this up since my local grocer was out of my usual brand. They are US based and I like the fact that these are organic. Taste is similar to other brands I've tried, I would buy them again. They were a little over $3.
Cooked with shallots, mushrooms and spinach in a ginger, Sesame oil, rice vinegar, coconut aminos sauce. Topped with fresh cilantro and Sesame seeds. Hot tonight. Cold leftovers tomorrow 😋
