Contains a #miso #shiitake broth, #udon noodles, bok choy, onion, shiitake mushrooms, togarashi sweet potato, chashu #tofu , sesame cucumber, basil, cilantro, jalapeno.
Overall it was nice but I felt it was a little lacking something. The tofu was so delicious--it was seasoned well (a little too salty but still) and the texture was excellent! I loved how thick the noodles where! The broth was tasty as well. The cucumber was an interesting choice and tbh not my fav haha. But this is a very filling portion, could be split into 2 if you're not very hungry or if you also grab an appetizer/dessert.
