I think it’s very nice to have an almost ready-to-eat plant-based lasagna available at the supermarket. In Italy I used to find similar things for traditional lasagne but never for a vegan one, so shoutout to Switzerland!
The portion is just right for two people and the lasagna is ready in 20 minutes in the oven. The taste is pretty good too, after baking the top makes a nice crust of the melted plant-based cheese. If I have to complain about something I have to say I didn’t like too much the tomato sauce in it, because it had too much oregano which I don’t think works well in a lasagna. But besides this, it was a very nice comforting meal. Price was 4.95 chf and considering this is easily two portions I think it’s a fair price.
