The #thaifood I've been dreaming of 🤤 tender steamed #ricenoodles with plenty of veg and #tofu slathered with a peanut curry sauce. This was mildly spicy but I added additional chili sauce cos I'm in Thailand of course and #welikeitspicy . The chili sauce provided upon request for more spice added a depth of flavor but surprisingly not scorching hot. I added the whole lot. I love a thin creamy curry peanutty sauce like this a lot! More than the thicker dipping sauce. Ugh...Thailand 😍🇹🇭 Chiang Mai is one of the cities with the most vegan restaurants in the world 🙏🏼 and thank goodness because most all regular Thai food is NOT! You have to seek it out or be able to communicate about the fish sauce, oyster sauce and all the things they hide in. #leavethefishinthesea

There are a few locations of this famous vegan Thai restaurant! This one is Chiang Mai but they also have Bangkok and New York! This particular location is a collab with Morning Glory.
