Yummy noodle dish with #curry sauce and #veggies ! I've had it before but it's been awhile. it wasn't spicy at all which wouldn't do for me....when I asked for chili , the woman working pointed at a spice jar of dried cayenne like we're in northern Europe or something 🫣 I was not taking that for an answer so I replied "Fresh?" And she nodded and a few minutes later brought me the customary fresh chili garlic soy sauce combo. Yes that's what we need, this is Thailand c'mon! Yummy 🤤 #chiangmai #noodles

The #thaifood I've been dreaming of 🤤 tender steamed #ricenoodles with plenty of veg and #tofu slathered with a peanut curry sauce. This was mildly spicy but I added additional chili sauce cos I'm in Thailand of course and #welikeitspicy . The chili sauce provided upon request for more spice added a depth of flavor but surprisingly not scorching hot. I added the whole lot. I love a thin creamy curry peanutty sauce like this a lot! More than the thicker dipping sauce. Ugh...Thailand 😍🇹🇭 Chiang Mai is one of the cities with the most vegan restaurants in the world 🙏🏼 and thank goodness because most all regular Thai food is NOT! You have to seek it out or be able to communicate about the fish sauce, oyster sauce and all the things they hide in. #leavethefishinthesea This was 90 baht ($3) ! #noodles #veganthailand #curry

This dish is so simple, but the combination of curry and peanut sauce is SO GOOD! The veggies are fresh and plentiful, and the prices here are super cheap! One of my favourite dishes in Chiang Mai for sure.
