Topped Truffle Fries no Kitchen Republic Zürich-West —Avaliação do pattini (14 de out. de 2023)

I got these as a side for my hamburger at Kitchen Republic, an informal restaurant in Zurich west that combines multiple restaurants and cuisines. Usually I love anything truffle, but this wasn’t the case for these fries. They had a #veganaise truffle topping which I wasn’t particularly fond of, I’d rather have the truffle directly on the fries. They also weren’t particularly crunchy but rather soft instead. But I did appreciate the fact that this side came in the vegan version only and I didn’t need to ask to change the mayonnaise with a plant based alternative. The price for this side was 12.5 chf, which is in my opinion way too much considering the quality of the product offered.
