These was my third ingredient for my bacon cheeseburgers, before I got the vegan bacon, then the vegan burger and finally some vegan alternative for cheese! I was so surprised with this product because it melted perfectly and tasted great! I think it’s perfect for a hamburger or a grilled cheese sandwich. Of course nutritionally is not the best, main ingredient is coconut oil and it’s basically all fats, but a little slice once in a while can’t be bad, right? 😉
