Nam Kho Tieu no An Chay —Avaliação do pattini (9 de out. de 2023)

An Chay is a meatless Vietnamese restaurant in Zurich. Most of its dishes are vegan and all the ones I tried so far are delicious. This time I tried the Nam Kho Tieu which is a plate with braised fried tofu, king trumpet mushroom, ovster mushroom, tofu curd and caramelized pepper-soy sauce. It’s served with rice, herbs and broth aside. It was pretty good and not as spicy as I was expecting. The portion was ok but not super generous, I think this is a plate that you could easily order after a starter.
