Tasty sweet and slightly crunchy sautéed red onions and purple cabbage from Axum Restaurant! This dish was a little too sweet for me but I still enjoyed it! My cousin loved it! I didn’t find this one on the menu so I just named it myself 😂! Traditional Ethiopian Food in the city of Chicago was absolutely delicious! Wry friendly and accommodating owner and staff with a chill traditional vibe. So glad we came here and that I finally tried a new cuisine!
