AITK continues to impress me with their #veganfriendly menu. This is the brinjal schnitzel cooked to perfection but this time presented with roast chickpeas, roast cauliflower, sweet potato wedges, and served with hummus and muhammara (I've never had that before) - it was the perfect bowl of food. Reasonably priced too.
