
AITK continues to impress me with their #veganfriendly menu. This is the brinjal schnitzel cooked to perfection but this time presented with roast chickpeas, roast cauliflower, sweet potato wedges, and served with hummus and muhammara (I've never had that before) - it was the perfect bowl of food. ...with mash, mushroom sauce & broccolini. This dish would be better served as a sit-down meal rather than a takeaway as the schnitzel had lost its crunch. Other than that, it was a winner because it tasted good (despite the mushrooms in the sauce as I don't eat mushrooms).
