This is the lunch I’m currently obsessed with 🥗
I get this bowl almost every time I go to the office because I really love the taste and it’s pretty light, which is great for lunch break. It’s packed with vegetal proteins, from chickpeas and green peas 🫛 and has plenty of veggies. It’s super fresh and great for when the weather is hot. Chickpeas and hazelnuts give the salad a crunchy bite and pomegranate and sweet potatoes 🍠 a little sweetness.
The price is 11.95 chf which compared to other similar salads seems pretty fair to me.
