LIVIN' ON THE VEDGE DUMPLINGS
These are one of the best vegetarian dumplings I’ve ever had! They are also vegan 🌱 friendly filled with a generous portion of mushrooms 🍄, cabbage 🥬, and baby bok choy!! Absolutely delicious 😋! Seasoned perfectly with garlic 🧄, chili crisps, chili 🌶️ peppers, onion 🧅 and peppercorns.
I steamed them on parchment in a pot with steamer insert as instructed and then took a couple of them and airfryed to compare! Both ways very tasty 😋! I did like the toastiness of the airfryed ones a little better!
I accompanied them with a simple veggie noodle dish to make a complete meal!
I love that these are #lowinsodium #lowinfat per serving and a good source of #protein and #fiber.
