On a recent trip to Ann Arbor I was overjoyed by the vegan options at nearly every restaurant that were clearly marked. The same goes for the roasted vegetables at the original cottage inn! Here…I thought this was literally going to be roasted veggies with imported vegan cheeses mealted in. But they took it one step further and put them on a flatbread of sorts! Omg was this tasty! I loved it!
