We returned to have brunch at this hip coffee lab/bar, and I am reviewing this dish again as they had vegan tuna this time. Wow what a difference from the no-salmon! It had a nice sea and salt taste, lovely thick slices and the flavor was stunning. The garnishes added to this delight, vegan pesto drops, chili pearls and dijon mustard with a generous sprinkling of sesame and seaweed.
