This new place in town includes several creative vegan options on their menu! This dish of vegan salmon (they were out of no-tuna) sashimi had a texture that was spot-on, and just lacked a bit of "sea" flavor, but that did not deter us from devouring it!! The dijon mustard, vegan pesto, and spicy chili pearls gave fun taste options to pair with the sashimi.

The guys who opened this spot are super friendly as are the wait staff. The vibe is somewhere between chill, skate and rocker, the décor follows the Triton theme under water - definitely a place we will be revisiting.
