The “Balanced Bowl” options at Gastronomia are so tasty! They are served cold from their salad bar and have two size options. The smaller option (starts at $14.90 SGD) is a great portion size for lunch.
You choose your grain and base options - I chose vegan cauliflower rice and mesclun salad here.
Then you choose two vegetable options -
The roasted turmeric cauliflower and poached broccoli are delicious!!
Then you choose a protein - the baked quinoa falafel with caramelised onion is so tasty.
And finally you choose a “dollop” of whatever sauce or dressing. I went for tomato salsa, but I really recommend the cucumber & mint yogurt dip, too!
There’s some great veggie options at the salad bar and the food always tastes very fresh. 5/5 😃👌🏼👍🏼💚
