These looked a bit off-putting when cooking, as no matter how long I seemed to cook, they didn’t go brown. Some seriously pasty pancakes. Despite that, they were actually really yum, especially when topped with mixed berries, coconut yoghurt and a drizzle of maple syrup.
I followed the packet instructions but attempted to divide by 3. (The instructions are to cook the whole packet - 10 pancakes - not very helpful). Used melted Nuttelex and water. This made 2 large pan-sized pancakes.
My bf bought this on special ages ago, tbh I don’t think I’d buy this again as we’re not gluten free and we have all the ingredients to make regular “not so healthy” pancakes from scratch if I feel like it.
