I had mixed success making these pancakes. Preparation is very simple just adding oil and vegetable margarine, but I made the first batch straightaway and whatever temperature I tried to cook them at, half the batter stuck to the pan. I refrigerated the batter overnight and had a second attempt next morning…much better. The pancake browned at the edges and quite soon seared well enough to lever away from the pan base and move around before flipping. I really liked the buckwheat flour it was grainy and felt like it was doing good. I decorated my pancake with thinly sliced vegan cheese and sundried tomato.
