This veganized Miami staple was made with seasoned yellow rice, onions, bell peppers, peas, green olives, and house-seasoned 🐥-free jackfruit. Layered with vegan mayo and two types of Violife cheese, plus a light side salad. As promised, this Cuban dish had us dreaming of warm sandy beaches. #saveveganrestaurants
