Review of Vegan Multivitamin and Mineral - Holland & Barrett by sofimoni

I love these. They are affordabe.- only 6 pounds per packet. They are also easy to take. I have not had any side effects (no bloating, etc) after 4 months of taking them, and to my knowledge they contain right amounts and types of vitamins a vegan needs (except for the omegas, which I get from flax oil tablets). #veganuary
