I ordered this dish without egg as that’s what was stated on the menu for the vegan option. However the staff member was so confused and said he doesn’t think removing egg is possible!

They had to send over another waiter to try to understand my very simple order. He too was so confused lol. Really disappointed by the service.

Food tasted not bad though. I like the wok hei flavour in the rice and the spice of the omnimeat. Could be less oily and salty but that’s just my personal preference.

Goes to show it's still room for improvement for FNB chains to train their staff in accomodating different dietary needs 😬
