Exploring this has been quite tricky but fun! It's basically a mix where you just have to add oil and water and you mould into patties or meatballs. Quite wild that this has 20g proteins per serve with #nosoy but has #gluten 🌾 It does get mushy fast if you're frying a big batch. But I've used in shreds in fried rice and the texture is very uncanny! For VFC I'd stick to oyster mushrooms though.
