this is their new vegan bao. crispy fried tofu with pickled radish, cucumber, cilantro and hoisin sauce. i loved the sauce but somehow i like the fancy tofu bao better, i think. eur 8.90 for two baos

fancy tofu bao w/ avocado, kimchi ketchup, daikon and fermented cabbage. btw, they have THE best sweet potato fries. 😍 as you can see i love their edamame too. 🙈 2 bao cost eur 7.50, bao box (with 2 bao, 1 side and 1 drink) is eur 12. veeery filling!

the fancy tofu bao and the kimchi sweet potato fries are delicious!! the bao is filled with tofu, red cabbage, pickles, guacamole (not quite sure), roasted onions and a spicy sauce. its not the cheapest meal, but everyone should give it a try!!

I liked the Bao and the tofu was so soft and tasty. Also the presentation of the bao looks great. I just didn't like ghe sauce that much because I don't like radish.
