I love eggplant and this was probably the best dish I’ve ever tasted in a sushi place, pre or post vegan. If you like sushi and you live in Vancouver or are visiting, please try it. Deeeelicious. It came with vegan chicken teriyaki on rice - which was the most tender and flavourful vegan chicken I’ve ever had. It also came with yam tempura which is the best of all the tempuras in my opinion, spring rolls, salad and vegan crab oshi! Overall very tasty, and satisfied all of my cravings.
