A new 100% vegan sushi place opened up in Vancouver and I couldn’t wait to try it! This is their #vegan chicken teriyaki #bentobox and it was delicious! It came with vegan chicken teriyaki on rice - which was the most tender and flavourful vegan chicken I’ve ever had. It also came with yam tempura which is the best of all the tempuras in my opinion, spring rolls, salad and vegan crab oshi! Overall very tasty, and satisfied all of my cravings.
