I have sadly not LOVED anything from Bunner's Bakery. I did really enjoy the soft serve! I looked thoroughly through the app and this #nanaimobar was highly rated, I gave it a go. I really enjoyed it! It has been my favourite thing so far that is a baked good! It was around $4.25 which is a lot for the size.

My friend and I spent the day in Kensington Market yesterday and got 11 items of food across 9 restaurants! Lol! We had a blast!!! #vegan This was our 8th bite of the day. My friend got this. It was a #chocolatechip creamie. It was described as: chewy chocolate chip cookies sandwiching buttercream frosting. He said it was pretty #delicious. It was $4.75, which I thought was expensive for how small it was.

We also got some goodies - reviews to come! This is described as: double shot over ice, coconut milk, sugar-free vanilla, cinnamon. They unfortunately overfilled it and so all of the sugar spilled out and my friend said it tasted pretty bland. Oh well. He was glad they used coconut milk, as he is allergic to nuts. I was surprised of all of the plastic packaging. I wonder if it was recyclable or compostable..I didn't check. It was $5.25.

Like most of the desserts at bunners, I found this cake too sweet, the icing is just pure sugar. It also didn’t have any pear or brandy taste really, just came off as plain vanilla. If you like a super sweet basic cake, then this is good. But overall I wasn’t very impressed.

Gosh I could totally feel the strawberries haha this was an amazing cake! - a bit too sweet so I had to shared it with my bf but I would totally eat it again!

This actually tastes like banana cream pie!! It has this creamy filling that was so yummy, and unlike most bunners icings it wasn’t overly sweet. The icing was more like meringue/whipped cream, which I really appreciated.

Honestly, the cupcakes at bunners tend to be a little too sweet for my liking. The vanilla one especially, the icing is wayyy to sweet it makes me feel like my teeth are gonna rot.

This were very moist, almost cake-like, cookies with mashmallow in the middle. And gram cracker dusted around the edges of the marshmallow. It was good! Super unique. #veganisnotscary
