This is an awesome #streetfood snack in Taiwan that is #naturallyvegan! I looked online and everyone seemed to say that this “icecream” is just ice with fruit, normally coconut, and the person at the stall also said it was vegan. This unique dessert has shaved peanut brittle, coconut and taro icecream scoops, and coriander wrapped in a soft rice based pancake. Somehow, the coriander works! And for the people who think things are #betterwithoutcoriander, you can have it without! #veganstreetfood
