Panisse with Macadamia, Broccolini and Chicory

Panisse is like a creamy chickpea tofu. This dish was very pretty but fairly bland overall. I ordered the larger size but was still hungry afterwards.

Confit Jerusalem artichokes

This was part of their vegan tasting menu and it was a great dish. They made the quinoa really tasty with salt. The whole dish had so much flavor.
