This consisted of 🐮🥛-free kale saag “paneer” made with tofu simmered in a lively kale and sunflower seed curry, spinach dal, chickpea masala, ginger agave roasted carrot salad, spicy cucumber salad, tomato chutney, soy yogurt, and brown basmati turmeric rice. You can also choose lentil kofta or soy curl tikka masala instead of the kale saag “paneer” for the curry. This is a yet another wonderful example of how they combine delicious and complementary dishes in their plates and bowls, and it’s also a great opportunity to sample dishes and sides that can also be ordered individually.
