🇫🇷This caponata was the plat du jour for €12,50 which is quite steep. It consisted of 🍆aubergine, red 🫑pepper, 🍅tomato, 🧅onion, 🫒olive, dried raisins, capers, 🧄garlic, olive oil, 🌿🪴herbs, balsamic vinegar, homemade basil pesto and brown 🍚rice. It’s a healthy option but my partner was underwhelmed for the price point. I made the point they do everything organic, gluten free, plastic free, and super ethical which costs more.
